Setting Up System Parameters

Contact Information
The System Parameters Edit Contacts page (shown in Figure 2-15) lets you provide
contact information that is used for registering your ShoreTel system with ShoreTel,
Inc. It includes the software’s serial number and VAR identification number, as well as
the names and phone numbers of people who are administering and maintaining the
system. This information is entered the first time ShoreWare Director is started, and is
sent via email to ShoreTel, Inc.
