2. Enter your voicemail password, and press the OK soft key.

The Options menu opens.

3. Press the navigation key to scroll to the Time zone option.

4. Press the Edit soft key.

5. Press the navigation key to scroll through the various time zones, and highlight the time zone

you want to use for your phone.

6. Press the OK soft key.

7. Press the Exit soft key.

The time displayed on your phone screen matches the selected time zone.

To change the phone back to the default time zone:

1. Press the Options soft key.

2. Enter your voicemail password, and press the OK soft key.

The Options menu opens.

3. Press the navigation key to scroll to the Time zone option.

4. Press the Reset soft key.

5. Press the Exit soft key.

The time displayed on your phone screen matches the default time zone.

Enabling Simultaneous Ring

If your ShoreTel administrator has configured simultaneous ring capability for your phone, you can

designate up to two other phones to ring simultaneously when your phone rings. This is useful if you

are away from the office and want any calls to your extension to also ring a mobile or other phone

number.
